ORDERING
To make a purchase online, browse our products, choose the quantity you require and click 'Add to Cart'. The items will then appear in your 'Shopping Cart' which can be reviewed and changed up to the point of payment. Once you have finished your selection click on checkout. You can also order by phone, post or email.
DELIVERY
We aim to despatch all goods within 5 working days of receipt of your order. However, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery. Please note delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Tapestry Delivery Free
Delivery charges are included in the price of tapestries. If your order is exclusively for a tapestry please select free tapestry delivery. If it is a mixed order please select the delivery method applicable to your country.
Please note, if you are ordering for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes. Such taxes will be payable when the goods reach their destination. The liability for payment of such custom duties rest solely with you and York Minster Enterprises Ltd has no control or liability for them.
PAYMENT
You can order and pay online by Visa, Mastercard, Switch or Maestro. After processing your payment York Minster Enterprises Ltd do not retain your card details. So you will need to resubmit this information when placing further orders.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
Every care has been taken to ensure accuracy of description, specifications, colour and price of all products. However, these may change due to circumstances beyond our control. Sizes are given as a guide only. Please be aware that handmade items are subject to variations in size, colour and shape owing to the unique nature of the product.
All items are offered subject to availability. The information displayed is considered as an invitation, not as a confirmed offer for sale. The contract is confirmed upon supply of goods. Prices include tax, if applicable. Postage and packaging is an additional charge, please see details above.
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and are inclusive of UK value added tax.
RETURNS POLICY
If you receive damaged goods, please contact us immediately.
If you do not receive damaged goods but are not satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason you are able to cancel your order provided we receive written notice of your cancellation and you return the goods in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
This does not affect your statutory right to a 7-day cooling off period starting from the date of receiving the goods. Please securely package and return the relevant item to the address given in contact us. We recommend the goods be returned by recorded delivery.
We will not be responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless they are faulty or delivered in error.
As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation we will refund the cost of the goods together with the normal delivery charge. We will provide the refund within 30 days from the receipt of notice of cancellation.
PRIVACY POLICY
We respect the privacy of all our customers and take great care with the information we obtain. The personal data we collect from you will be used to fulfil your order as requested. Your personal information will not be passed onto third parties.
SECURITY
The purchase area of this site is secure. Information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read in the event it is intercepted by someone else.

We reserve the right to alter amend add or remove all or any part of this policy statement at any time without notice and any changes to this policy statement or any other terms shown on our website apply with immediate effect of being published.
