Tuesday 22 January
Lecture by Geoffrey Coffin on 'Restoration of the York Minster Organ' (the funds raised, £1000, donated to the Minster Campaign Music Fund).

Thursday to Saturday 6-8 March
3 day visit to South Wales to include a visit to  Welsh National Opera in Cardiff and Bryn Terfel in Falstaff.

Wednesday 16 April
Churches in the City of Leeds: A visit to six churches led by Pauline Beadnell. Cost £21. Depart 09.00.

Friday 16 May
A visit to Blackwell, Bowness on Windemere & Quaker Tapestry, Kendal led by Ruth Orr. Cost £34.50. Depart 09.00.

Saturday 17 May
Visit by the Friends of Liverpool Cathedral.

Tuesday 10 June
Churches in the Yorkshire Dales: A visit to churches in West Tanfield, Masham, Aysgarth, Wensley and Coverham. Leader Pauline Beadnell. Cost £27. Depart 09.00.

Friday to Saturday 27-28 June
The Friends' 80th Anniversary Weekend in York. Full details and booking arrangements will be posted out with the Annual Report and May newsletter.

A visit to Croxdale Hall, Co. Durham and Durham Cathedral led by John Long. Cost £32. Depart 10.30.

Wednesday 23 July
A visit to Gilling Castle, Coxwold Church, Shandy Hall and the Village Tea Rooms. Leader John Long. Cost £22. Depart 13.00.

Monday to Friday 8-12 September
Friends' Autumn Holiday: Hidden Gems of South Lincolnshire amd Rutland. Leaders Michael Wiles ad Barbara Westray. Cost £389 with a single room supplement of £37.

Churches in the Yorkshire Dales: A visit to churches in West Tanfield, Masham, Aysgarth, Wensley and Coverham. Leader Pauline Beadnell. Cost £27. Depart 09.00.

Wednesday 12 November, 1.45 p.m. for 2.00 p.m.
Matinee performance, followed by a Cream Tea—York Theatre Royal presents Death of a Salesman, written by Arthur Miller and directed by Adrian Cruden. Cost £15.

Thursday 27 November, 2.15 p.m.
 The Christmas Story in Glass, an illustrated lecture by Mr Peter Gibson OBE, at the Merchant Taylors' Hall, Aldwark, followed by tea. Cost £8, members only.

Tuesday 2 December, 8.45 a.m.
Chatsworth at Christmas.  Depart from Memorial Gardens at 8.45 a.m. A visit to the House, traditionally decorated for Christmas, followed by lunch. Cost £40 includes entry to Chatsworth, lunch and coach travel. Time to visit the shop or, weather permitting, a walk in the garden, before departing for York about 4 p.m. Leader: Barbara Westray.

Thursday 11 December, 10.20-12.00 noon
The Annual Christmas Coffee and Mince Pie Morning will be held at the Merchant Taylors' Hall, Aldwark. cost £2.50.
